Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ck44r ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all services offered through the ck44r platform, including but not limited to: online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, slots, and all associated deposit and withdrawal services. By accessing any part of the ck44r website or mobile browser interface, you agree to be bound by these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these T&C, you must immediately cease using the ck44r platform.

ck44r operates exclusively as an online entertainment platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. The platform is accessible via mobile browser on Android and iOS devices. ck44r does not require players to install a dedicated application; all services are delivered through the web interface. ck44r reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without prior notice to players.

1. Player Eligibility

To open a ck44r account and use any service on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active.

• ④You may hold only one (1) registered account on ck44r at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• ⑤You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ck44r or any of its affiliated software providers, payment partners, or marketing agencies.

2. Account Registration and Security

Your ck44r account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, including any unauthorised use that results from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• ①You must keep your account password confidential at all times. ck44r will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from ck44r and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• ②ck44r may suspend or close your account at its sole discretion if it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any violation of these T&C. In cases of confirmed fraud, any wallet balance will be forfeited in full.
• ③You are required to notify ck44r immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any discrepancy in your transaction history, or any security vulnerability affecting the platform.
• ④ck44r uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections. However, no system is completely immune to security breaches. ck44r disclaims liability for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

ck44r accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ck44r reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

• ①The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, although ck44r may apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large single deposits at its sole discretion.
• ②Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes displayed on the platform at the point of the withdrawal request. ck44r targets a processing time of under ten minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the receiving mobile banking operator's network conditions.
• ③ck44r is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's mobile banking operator, including but not limited to network outages, system maintenance windows, or transaction limits imposed by the operator. In such cases the Player must contact their mobile banking provider directly.
• ④ck44r reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays. ck44r strongly recommends completing KYC at the time of account registration to avoid any withdrawal processing delays.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ck44r offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general T&C and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• ①All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page and at the point of bonus activation.

• ④Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, per device, and per payment method. ck44r uses technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate bonus claims.
• ⑤Seasonal promotions tied to cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or IPL season are available to eligible players for the promotional period only. ck44r may end any promotion earlier than advertised if operational or regulatory circumstances require it.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ck44r platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of wallet balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• ①Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to access, navigate, or interact with the ck44r platform in a manner not available through the standard user interface.
• ②Colluding with other players to fix or influence game outcomes, share bonus funds, or manipulate any betting market offered on the ck44r platform.
• ③Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment credentials to make deposits or receive withdrawals on ck44r. This includes the use of payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
• ④Exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing anomalies, or any technical malfunction on the ck44r platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated by exploitation of a known or suspected error are void and will be reversed from the Player's account.
• ⑤Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid transaction monitoring thresholds, or using the ck44r platform as a conduit for funds derived from illegal activity.

6. Responsible Gaming

ck44r is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player segments. Every registered player has access to voluntary responsible gaming tools including: (a) personal deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly cycle; (b) a cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; and (c) a self-exclusion option that permanently locks the account from all gaming activity. These tools are accessible directly from the account settings page without the need to contact customer support.

ck44r strictly prohibits the creation of accounts by or on behalf of minors. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, subject to successful identity verification. 7. Intellectual Property

Limited personal, non-commercial use for the purpose of using the platform's intended services is permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck44r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any financial loss resulting from technical failures beyond ck44r's reasonable control.

ck44r provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck44r does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. ck44r will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

9. Amendments to These Terms

ck44r reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ck44r will endeavour to notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amended T&C take effect. Continued use of the ck44r platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically.
